This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and parcel services provided by Bihar Point Express (Up Bihar Bus Service).
1. Ticket Cancellation By Passenger
- Cancellations must be requested through WhatsApp or by calling our official numbers.
- If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure → partial refund may be issued after deduction.
- If less than 24 hours → refund may not be provided depending on bus operator rules.
- No-show (not arriving on time) → no refund.
2. Cancellation By Company
- If we cancel a service due to operational reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable conditions are not considered cancellations.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
- Refund mode will depend on the payment method (UPI / wallet / bank transfer).
4. Parcel & Courier Refunds
- No refund for parcels already dispatched.
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to our operational issue, delivery may be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
- Late arrival at boarding point
- Bookings made with partner buses subject to their rules
- Force majeure events (strikes, natural calamities, accidents, traffic restrictions)
