Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bihar Point Express

Effective Date: 01 December 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and parcel services provided by Bihar Point Express (Up Bihar Bus Service).

1. Ticket Cancellation By Passenger

  • Cancellations must be requested through WhatsApp or by calling our official numbers.
  • If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure → partial refund may be issued after deduction.
  • If less than 24 hours → refund may not be provided depending on bus operator rules.
  • No-show (not arriving on time) → no refund.

2. Cancellation By Company

  • If we cancel a service due to operational reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable conditions are not considered cancellations.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
  • Refund mode will depend on the payment method (UPI / wallet / bank transfer).

4. Parcel & Courier Refunds

  • No refund for parcels already dispatched.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to our operational issue, delivery may be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Late arrival at boarding point
  • Bookings made with partner buses subject to their rules
  • Force majeure events (strikes, natural calamities, accidents, traffic restrictions)
