Terms & Conditions – Bihar Point Express

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Bihar Point Express (Up Bihar Bus Service) for bus bookings, ticketing, and parcel/courier services. By contacting us, booking a ticket, sending a parcel, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

  • We operate and coordinate bus travel from Delhi to multiple states including Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
  • We also provide parcel and courier services on selected routes.
  • Schedules, seat types, and availability may vary depending on daily operations and partner buses.

2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are confirmed only after seat availability is verified by our team.
  • WhatsApp-generated booking messages do not guarantee seat confirmation.
  • Passengers must provide accurate name, contact number, travel date, and boarding point.

3. Reporting Time & Departure

  • Passengers must report at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Buses may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
  • We will try to inform passengers of delays on WhatsApp/call whenever possible.

4. Luggage Policy

  • Personal luggage up to a standard limit is allowed.
  • Heavy items may require additional charges.
  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the journey.

5. Parcel & Courier Terms

  • Parcels must be properly packed and labelled.
  • We are not responsible for fragile items unless prior discussion is made.
  • Delivery timing depends on bus schedules and traffic conditions.
  • Illegal, flammable, or dangerous goods are strictly prohibited.

6. Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers must follow safety instructions of drivers and staff.
  • Harassment, misbehaviour, or unlawful activities will result in removal from service.
  • Alcohol or intoxication inside buses is prohibited.

7. Payment Terms

  • Booking is confirmed only after required advance or full payment.
  • Prices may vary depending on season, demand, or bus type.
  • Online/UPI payments must be made only to official numbers provided by us.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or road conditions.
  • We are not responsible for loss of luggage unless due to staff negligence.
  • Partner buses operate under their respective transport laws.
